Satu tahun akademik di Universitas Woosong terdiri dari dua semester selama 15 minggu yaitu di Semester Musim Semi dan Semester Musim Gugur, serta satu semester intersesi Semester Musim Panas atau Musim Dingin yang wajib selama tahun pertama siswa.
Siswa diharapkan untuk tinggal di kampus setiap semester sampai penilaian akhir mereka selesai. Siswa yang mengambil kelas intersesi musim panas atau musim dingin dapat terus tinggal di asrama kampus selama sesi ini dengan tarif prorata.
Biaya kuliah di Woosong University bervariasi tergantung pada bidang studi yang dipilih siswa. Biaya kehadiran termasuk uang sekolah dan biaya, kamar dan makan, asuransi kesehatan, dan biaya aktivitas.
