The School of Business Administration aims to foster scientific and rational-minded businessmen and businesswomen as well as individuals who will be responsible for the future of business education. In addition, the curriculum provides comprehensive theories and skills of business administration that are required by every organization in the modern industrial society. The School of Business Administration offers various curriculums in order to teach the students the theories and skills in the detailed business administration majors. The curriculums also cultivate the student’s practical decision-making and research skills as well as develop their thinking capabilities and insights as future executives. The curriculum is focused on a wide range of liberal arts education courses for freshman and sophomores in addition to basic business education, which include the Principles of Economics, the Principles of Management, Economics, Accounting Principles, and Business Statistics. For juniors and seniors, courses, such as Human Resources & Organization, Operation Management, Finance & Insurance, Marketing, management Information. International Business, and Accounting are taught. The education in the College of Business Administration focuses on concrete, practical, and sophisticated education, which includes discussion-centered lectures that are based on case-studies and special lectures that include inviting well-known business leaders from the actual business world. It also holds field trip lectures, so the students are able to learn the nature and structure of problems in the real business world for themselves. In addition, we fully support and try to invigorate student conversations with professors and alumni, workshops, and student association activities, which thereby assist them grow in both spirit and mind as well as cultivate themselves as intelligent individuals.
